Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to operate accounts, flights and rewards:

• Discord user ID, username, display name and profile image provided through Discord OAuth.
• Roblox user ID, username, display name, profile image and profile link provided through Roblox OAuth.
• Account-linking status, points balance, transaction history, flight bookings, upgrades and redemption records.
• Basic technical logs produced by our hosting provider, which may include request times, browser information and IP addresses.

We do not receive or store your Discord or Roblox password. Roblox access tokens used during linking are not retained after we retrieve your public profile.

2. How we use information

• Link your Discord and Roblox identities to one member account.
• Credit points, display balances and maintain transaction history.
• Manage bookings, upgrades, flight participation and refunds.
• Confirm staff permissions and protect administrative features.
• Send operational messages about flights and rewards where enabled.
• Prevent duplicate accounts, fraud, abuse and unauthorized access.

3. OAuth permissions

Discord authentication requests identity and community membership permissions used for account access and role checks. Roblox authentication requests the openid and profile scopes solely to identify and link your Roblox account. Authorizing the app does not give us your password.

4. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information. Information is processed only by services needed to run the platform, including Discord, Roblox, Railway and our PostgreSQL database provider. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users, or to investigate abuse.

5. Retention and deletion

Account and rewards records are kept while your account remains active and for as long as reasonably needed for security, dispute resolution and operational records. You may request account deletion through our community support channel. Some transaction or moderation records may be retained where necessary to prevent abuse or meet legal obligations.

6. Security

We use OAuth, restricted server-side credentials, validated requests and database access controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so members should also protect their Discord and Roblox accounts.

7. Children and eligibility

You must meet the age and account eligibility requirements imposed by Roblox and Discord. Roblox requires an eligible account to authorize OAuth applications. Parents or guardians may contact us about a privacy concern through community support.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the platform changes. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are published.

9. Unofficial community service

This is a virtual aviation community project and is not an official service of, sponsored by, or affiliated with Qantas Airways, Jetstar Airways, Roblox Corporation or Discord Inc. Those names and marks belong to their respective owners.
