Terms of Service

1. The service

Qantas QF Roblox is an unofficial virtual aviation community. The service provides scheduled Roblox flights, Discord-based community access, linked member accounts, virtual points, bookings and upgrade features. It does not sell or provide real-world air travel.

2. Account requirements

• You must use Discord and Roblox accounts that you own or are authorized to use.
• You must provide accurate account-linking information and may not impersonate another person.
• One Roblox identity may not be claimed by multiple member accounts.
• You are responsible for keeping your Discord and Roblox accounts secure.
• You must satisfy the age and eligibility rules of Discord and Roblox.

3. Acceptable conduct

You may not exploit, automate, disrupt or misuse the service; manipulate points or purchases; evade moderation; harass others; submit malicious content; access restricted staff systems; or use the platform in a way that violates applicable law, Roblox rules or Discord rules.

4. Points, bookings and upgrades

Points and upgrades are virtual community benefits with no cash value. They cannot be sold, exchanged for real currency or transferred unless a feature expressly permits it. We may correct balances, reverse duplicate transactions, refund cancelled flights and remove rewards obtained through error or abuse. Flight schedules and availability may change.

5. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access, unlink accounts, reverse fraudulent activity or remove content when reasonably necessary to protect the community, enforce these terms or comply with platform rules. Members may request account deletion through community support.

6. Third-party services

The service relies on Roblox, Discord and hosting providers. Their own terms and privacy policies also apply. We are not responsible for outages, account actions or changes made by those third parties.

7. Availability and disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may change, suspend or discontinue features and cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, preservation of every record, or that every scheduled flight will proceed.

8. Intellectual property

Members retain ownership of content they submit but grant us permission to display it as needed to operate the community. Qantas, Jetstar, Roblox, Discord and related marks belong to their respective owners. This project does not claim ownership of those third-party brands.

9. Changes

We may update these terms when features or platform requirements change. Continued use after updated terms are published means you accept the revised terms.
